Administrator’s Welcome
Greetings,
Thank you for visiting us today. The pages of this website are filled with information about the scope of our school, so I thought I might use this space to share our heart. I was driving, thinking about how to do that when I noticed a newly planted tree surrounded by three stakes, with tethers gently holding it in place.
Some trees are planted with no stakes, and are easily blown down or knocked over. Other trees are lashed tightly against stakes, developing scars from the friction. The tree I noticed had the freedom to grow to its own potential in a healthy way, guided by the tethers and protected from danger.

Each child is like the tree, with unique gifts and aptitudes, full of potential and ready to grow strong and true. The stakes represent structure; three stakes could represent family, school and church working together. The tethers represent the loving, secure way that children are raised. When the tethers pull the tree back into line (discipline), it’s a gentle, redemptive process.
Our children are the future of our nation. They’re the future of the Church. We’re willing to go to great lengths to equip them with quality academics – and the ”extras” - that will help them grow toward service and influence with confidence.
We’re also committed to a positive, ”up” atmosphere. The Bible says, “The joy of the Lord is your strength,” and we’ve come to learn that climate affects how children learn. Our staff focuses on being friendly and servant-hearted. Our teachers look for mentoring relationships with students. Our spiritual context sets the bar for clean speech, exemplary behavior and proactive attitudes.
Helping children reach for their potential is our ministry. It’s our passion. I hope this is what you sense as you browse our site.
Serving you for Him,
Pastor Joe Hunt
